Office Hours

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00 (by appointment)
Sunday: Closed

Walking tours operate on Saturdays regardless of office hours.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. During peak booking periods for study tours, responses may take slightly longer.

Visit Our Office

Our Liverpool office occupies a restored Georgian building on Dale Street, itself an example of the architectural heritage we celebrate. Visitors are welcome during office hours, though we recommend scheduling an appointment for programme consultations.

Getting Here:

By Rail: Liverpool Lime Street station is a 10-minute walk. Exit via the main entrance and proceed along Lime Street to Dale Street.

By Bus: Services 10, 14, and 53 stop within two minutes' walk on Victoria Street.

Parking: The nearest public car park is Queen Square, approximately 200 metres from our office.
